The Klub is an exclusive training studio that is based on the Main Street in Invergowrie. It offers the local community and beyond a training facility where everyone can train and learn as a family, group of individually in a safe environment.

The Klub is not a gym, it's a training facility for everyone! KK's team share our passion for the family atmosphere in the Klub and clinic.

We are now offering a specialist pregnancy massage at Invergowrie! This is a specialist pre-natal treatment which focuses on loosening off all the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Relaxing massage therapy using essential oils, including trigger pointing and soft tissue release.
